Hey everyone, and welcome to the brand new RobotJanitors.com!

I’m betting many of you have seen the shift. If you’re involved with real estate, whether owning, managing, or focused on making properties run smoothly, or if you’re simply like me, captivated by where robotics is headed, one thing is becoming obvious: automation for building operations and maintenance is rapidly expanding.

This isn’t just about a single type of robot for a single task. We’re talking about everything from advanced humanoids to all sorts of other form factors, each designed to tackle different challenges.

Robots are no longer just a futuristic idea; they’re here, and they’re transforming how we think about keeping properties functional and efficient. Yes, the robots are definitely coming into this space, and they’re here to help.

It’s an incredibly exciting time. It can also be a bit overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to figure out the best solutions for your buildings, tenants, or clients.

Where do you find the latest technology?

Which robots suit which spaces or tasks, be it cleaning, package management, or something else entirely?

Who are the innovative service companies putting these diverse machines to work?

So, What is Robot Janitors?

Right now, Robot Janitors is designed to be your go-to resource. We’re building:

A comprehensive Directory where you can discover the latest in robotic solutions for property and building assistance. This will cover a wide spectrum. I personally believe that while versatile humanoids will do a lot, there will always be a need for specialized robots to complete some jobs, and our directory will reflect that diversity. Have a robot or a company that fits this broad vision? We want to hear from you!
A Service Marketplace to connect you with pioneering companies that utilize these robots. They might offer anything from advanced cleaning to handling internal logistics or other automated property services.
An insightful Newsletter (you’ll definitely want to sign up for this!). We’re committed to fresh content and will be covering at least one new company or robotic solution every single week, keeping you at the forefront.

My mission is simple: to make it easier for everyone, from real estate owners and property managers to curious robot enthusiasts and forward thinking service providers, to navigate, discover, and tap into the power of this new wave of automation.

We’re taking a wide view of what a “janitor” robot can be.

Why I’m Doing This

My previous venture focused on connecting all of the things in the building and now those things are gaining real intelligence and can move around. Embodied Intelligence is the next frontier and I’m genuinely fascinated by the potential of robotics to create efficiencies and elevate how properties are run.

Beyond that, I believe these applications will be some of the first truly valuable, real-world examples of humans and robots working effectively together outside of traditional industrial settings. This human-robot collaboration is a key part of the future we’re stepping into. With that in mind, I saw a need for a central hub, a place to bring together diverse technologies, the experts, and the folks who can benefit most. The innovation here is happening at lightning speed, and I want to help you keep pace and find (or showcase!) the solutions that make sense as this whole field accelerates.

This isn’t just about cool tech, though that’s part of it. It’s about smart solutions, efficient operations, better environments, and preparing for a future where robots are integral to well.managed buildings.
